Development Plan Of The Clinical Trial, What Should It Include?

Medical trials are intended to come out with the improved treatment over the existing medicine. Overall progress in the medical trials is possible only with the establishment of clinical trials plan that discusses the context of the development plan. The development should establish the dosage range of the specific drug used in the clinical trial, beneficiaries of drug and its specific use. The development plan also should discuss the extent of acceptable risk- benefit relation of the drug should be defined in the development plan.

The stated broad aims of the clinical trial needs a structured program of the medical trial with the series of plans with the flexibility of modifying the clinical trial if required. The development plan should also discuss in detail about the main content of the plans and the contribution made in each trial. The total assessments of the clinical trial would be the summary of each individual trial.
