Phase 0 In The Medical Trial, Is It So Important?

Phase 0 is still under cover aspect for the clinical world but, it occupies prior importance like any other phase in the medical trial. This stage in the medical trial is termed as human micro-dosing where 1 percent or 100 micrograms are tested on the human body to conclude the right dosage of the medicine to invite success in the further phases of the clinical trials like phase I phase III and phase IV there by speeding up the process of clinical trials.

This stage of the medical trials helps the researchers in selection of the lead drug by analyzing pharmacokinetics of the chemical that puts it to the best use. Clinical trials develops the  drug at the faster, more cost effective and ethical way  with the help of the techniques like accelerator mass spectroscopy (AMS) and LC/MS/MS.
